Pamela Mugleston became the new owner of the largest independent Oregon coast real estate office in the county in December 2005 when she purchased Emerald Coast Realty from founder Craig Hoffarth. Prior, she spent a decade working at the Seal Rock office and intends to remain at that location and will stay active in selling real estate. Looking ahead to the future, she is excited for new things & growth!

Pamela was born and raised in Sacramento, California. Pamela has been married for over 40 years and lives in Waldport with her husband, Tim. She has 3 daughters living in the Portland area and 2 grandsons.

Pamela has been selling oregon coast real estate successfully for 21 years. She has received the designations: GRI (graduate realtors institute) and ABR (accredited buyer's representative). With over 35 years of sales experience, Pamela enjoys working with people and being a part of Emerald Coast Realty.
