Pam Toner

Pam Toner has been a dedicated real estate agent since 2005, raising two daughters in Fairfield, Southport, and Greenwich. Her deep roots in Fairfield County provide her with a comprehensive understanding of the region's evolving real estate market. Pam knows that buying or selling a home can be an emotional journey, and her savvy, sense of humor, and caring attitude help ease the process.
Most of Pam’s clients come to her through word of mouth, recommended by friends and family who appreciate her authenticity, sharp organizational skills, and driven work ethic. She successfully represents both buyers and sellers, offering honest guidance to navigate the Fairfield County real estate market, especially in Westport, Fairfield, Southport, and Greenwich.
Pam believes in the synergy between clients and their perfect homes, finding the “right home at the right time.” She understands that every home has its own personality and that making the perfect match can be both emotional and stressful.
Before her career in real estate, Pam worked in the financial industry, providing financial software to Wall Street traders. She witnessed the transformative power of technology to enhance decision-making and business processes and leverages this experience to benefit her clients.
Pam holds an MBA in Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Mount Holyoke College. She is Relocation Certified and a Luxury Specialist, and a member of the Greenwich Board of Realtors, the Connecticut Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Pam also holds a New York Real Estate License.
When she’s not working, Pam finds joy in sailing and volunteering within the sailing community. She has organized and chaired the Junior Sailing Program at Pequot Yacht Club in Southport, CT, and chaired the Junior Sailing Association Board of Long Island Sound.
