About Pam

Pam began her real estate business in 1999 when her husband's company relocated them to the Madison area. Pam had always wanted a career in real estate but often worried about how to balance a real estate career and raise four children. As the years went by and her children grew older, she knew the time was right after the move to Madison.

Pam’s family has moved many, many, times over the years with my husband's company, so she has learned first-hand what is involved with selling and buying a new home. Her personal experience has made her deeply knowledgeable on what makes a good realtor. So, once she got her license it was clear what kind of service she wanted to provide to her customers.

As a realtor of the Stark Company for over twenty years now, with her office in Sun Prairie, most of her business happens in the immediate area, though there is no place she cannot travel. Pam found that most of her business is right outside her own backdoor! She takes immense pride in selling Sun Prairie and the surrounding areas and because this area has been her focus, she has been Stark’s top selling agent in the Sun Prairie market for over the last ten years! She lives and breathes her local market and loves it.

In the last twenty years Pam has seen a lot of change in how real estate is done, with the biggest change being the internet and social media. For this reason, she knows how important it is to have a client’s home looking its best. There is great preparation Pam and her team do to get her clients’ homes ready. There is no second chance at a first impression, so preparation is key! If a buyer is not wowed by the presentation, then it is hard for them to see the bones.

Pam walks her clients through what needs to be done to stage a property, and once the client is ready, she and her team come in and stage it, making sure everything is perfect before the pictures and videos are taken and go out to the world.

When clients hire Pam as their realtor, they also get her team! It is a family affair. With her daughter and son-in-law, they bring a combined experience to the table that is greater than the sum of its parts.

For Pam, her love of the job has made selling real estate never feel like work. To her, it is about getting people from where they are to where they want to be- and that is the greatest job of all.
