About Pamela
Pamela Conley’s goal is to provide simply the best service and achieve exceptional results for her clients. Pamela combines her passion for helping others with professionalism and know-how to achieve extraordinary results.
Her expertise in local Malibu land use issues and real estate was garnered after serving on the Malibu City Council as Councilmember, Mayor Pro Tem and Mayor from 2004-2012. Pamela helped the City devise a plan to purchase and build Malibu’s $25 million Legacy Park from a commercial developer, acquire Malibu Bluff’s Park from the State of California, acquire a new Malibu City Hall from an entity in bankruptcy and negotiate a cutting-edge commercial lease for the Malibu Lumber Yard shopping center.
Pamela worked on the Los Angeles County Library Commission and spearheaded a $6 million renovation of the Malibu Library in collaboration with LA County. She also serves on the California Board for Childhelp, USA a non-profit devoted to fighting child abuse and neglect.
Pamela has been featured in Malibu Magazine’s “Ten by Ten - Ten Random Questions, Ten Extraordinary People”, and appeared in local and national news broadcasts such as ABC Nightline. The Malibu Times awarded her the 2011 Citizen of the Year and Dolphin Award.
Pamela was born and raised in the Midwest and followed her dream to live in California. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
