My wife and I are now first time home owners. As busy professionals, we were naive to the homebuying process and somewhat frustrated by limited inventory that was too old and too expensive. We searched for and purchased our dream home in Shrewsbury, New Jersey in summer 2020 (during the height of the COVID19 pandemic). Pam Girard made this process easier than I ever thought it could be. She got to know my wife and I, and clearly understood our wants, needs, and future goals. She patiently showed us a number of listings before we stumbled on the right one. We truly felt like she was looking out for us and our future family, instead of pushing a sale, which I think is rare these days. She has a keen eye for detail and interior design and was able to help us visualize remodeling ideas with potential resale value. She helped us navigate a potential bidding war with a competing offer, that somehow we won (under asking price in a sellers market!). Once our offer was accepted, she provided us contacts for multiple attorneys and inspectors and mortgage brokers. The ones we ended up choosing knew Pam personally, and provided us exceptional service all around. Our closing went smoothly. Even after closing, Pam has been a valuable resource and helped us find the right contractors for our remodel. She was a realtor, interior designer, architect, and my therapist at once. I truly cannot praise Pam enough, and I would be happy to refer her to anyone looking to buy a hone.

Pamela is by far one of the best agents that I’ve ever worked with. She has an impressive tenacity and far superior knowledge of the real estate market than most other agents I’ve dealt with. I truly appreciated her availability to me as well. No time of day was too late. No weekend was off limits.
