Being that it was our first time buying a home, my wife and I had no clue of any of the house buying process. Mrs. Pam covered every single step with us through the whole process. She was kind, efficient, and simply easy to talk with. We never felt pressured to buy, and she made us feel comfortable the entire time. She’s professional and easy going while also being thorough and intact. Even after the purchase, she sent us a thoughtful house warming gift. Pam McCarley is more than a realtor; she is a friend. We could never thank her enough. Now my wife and I live in our dream home, and it is all thanks to her. Do not hesitate to call Mrs. Pam if you are a first time home buyer or just looking to move. Thanks Pam!! I am also a Realtor with Exit Realty in a separate association from Pam. From time to time, we each need to share info or ask about an area we aren't quite familiar with. I have to admit that I normally have difficulty starting a letter of recommendation when the candidate is truly in competition with peers who are also highly qualified and worthy of consideration; however, thankfully, I do not have such an obstacle today. Par-excellence is a term not used too often in our culture, because it tries to distinguish between the best-of-the-best, and our culture has produced a plethora of high quality experts in all domains. Given this restraint, I try to be very chary about referring to an individual as being of a par-excellent quality. Pam is par excellent! I have reached the same conclusion as so many of Pam’s constituents, friends, family, and, most importantly, her customers for whom I have had contact, and that conclusion is that Pam is truly par excellent in so many ways, but one very important way in particular – Pam is genuine! Colloquially stated, the descriptor genuine means the “real thing.” Formally stated, the personal quality of “genuine” refers to the many important personal and professional characteristics and behaviors that collectively have created a very trustworthy, reliable, honest, spiritual, intelligent, successful, amicable, adaptable, and versatile person. She is a hard working person who gets along well with others and is willing to do much more than her basic job description in order to succeed. If I were in your position, I would focus on “genuine” as the prime mover for selecting the successful candidate, because a genuine person will always find a way to succeed.
