Pam Handler is an excellent realtor and buyer's agent (and I'm sure she's just as great as a seller's agent). Pam was always available when we had questions, and she always had the answer to our questions. What I really appreciated was her patience with us while looking at homes, as well as her network of mortgage advisors and home inspectors..At one point, we needed a structural engineer to assess a potential home, and Pam was able to get one out there the very next day. We recently closed on a purchase. I highly recommend Pam!

Where do I begin with Pam and Chris? I wish there were more than five stars, because they are worth it!

Pam and Chris took on the daunting task of finding us a home to rent in Atlanta within three weeks. Our requirements were very specific and not once did they fail to follow through on a request. Pam emailed me daily with available properties (even if some were duplicated). She even spent a LOT of time on a last minute weekend trip to organize and show us four properties.

Pam and Chris were an absolute breath of fresh air, not only professionally but in their personalities as well. We hit it off right from the start and both were always up front and honest with us about properties and areas to live in. Pam and Chris treated us like family, even before we met in person. Never once did I doubt that they had our best interests in mind.

If anyone is looking for a well respected and trustworthy realtor, they will find all of the qualifications in The Handler Group! They will be my resource when I buy my next house in Atlanta.

We've worked with Pam and Chris for many years, selling two homes and buying two homes. We know three prominent traits exhibited by the Handler Group: knowledgeable, professional, and communicative.

They are knowledgeable of how the process works sharing leading practices, preparing us for submissions well ahead of time, understanding the markets we coming from/going to, and defining the purpose of many real estate processes.

They are professional in the way they represent us, present our properties, and manage the relationship between all interested parties.

They are communicative by clearing defining what is needed and when, being extremely responsive in all communications, and connecting us with experts quickly and effectively.

In summary, we will continue to partner with the Handler Group for all future real estate investments because of their high-level of success in not only helping us to realize the investments we've made, but in that we have been completely happy in the homes that we dwell. Use them!

I highly recommend Pam and Chris. Their commitment and knowledge to the process of buying a home was incredible. From the first time we sat down to the time we signed on the dotted line, they put us at ease. They made the home buying process fun. Never once did they mislead us or did we feel like they were not hearing what we wanted. If we said we didn't like something, they wouldn't even spend time showing it to us. When we first decided to buy our very first home, we knew exactly what we had in mind but alternated between buying fairly new or buying a gut job/remodel. We looked at multiple houses over a period of 4 months but surprisingly faced quite a few road blocks and became indecisive. Pam and Chris were there every step of the way and they were SO patient with us. They listened to all of our wants/ideas and complaints, spending countless hours helping us cope with the process. After a few offers fell through, they remained positive, never giving up hope that we would find our perfect home even though we felt like giving up. I cannot begin to describe how amazing Pam is to work with. We really had our work cut out for us selling our house. Pam was upfront, honest and an absolute delight to work with. She put us in touch with the right trades to have work completed at the house before being able to sell it and advised us on what we should and shouldn't bother spending our money on. She always answered what seemed to be like hundreds of questions from us with a smile on her face. Her professionalism and pleasant personality never wavered. She never allowed us to get discouraged when we had a contract fall through and helped us to understand what was going on every step of the way.
