Paola Hendry

Born in the vibrant city of Maracay, Venezuela, I was blessed with a rich multicultural background—my mother of Spanish and Lebanese descent and my father from Italy. Over 20 years ago, my mother gave me the opportunity of a lifetime, bringing me and my two siblings to the United States. Arriving without knowing the language or culture, I embraced the challenge and built a life filled with growth, resilience, and passion.

I spent my formative years in the dynamic and diverse city of Chicago, Illinois, where I developed a deep love for the Chicago Cubs and, of course, Portillo’s! Chicago will always hold a special place in my heart, as it shaped me into the person I am today.

In 2011, I moved to Bonita Springs, Florida, where I now call home with my loving husband, Mike, and our wonderful family. As a proud mother of three boys—Daniel (18), Michael (13), and Brody (11)—family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband has been my greatest mentor and supporter, helping me grow both personally and professionally.

Professional Experience & Passion for Real Estate

My professional background includes experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and international real estate, as well as local real estate here in Southwest Florida. My passion for real estate began at a young age, inspired by my uncle, a builder and developer in Venezuela. Watching him design and construct beautiful homes sparked my appreciation for the finer details that turn a house into a dream home.

My expertise extends from personal real estate investments to helping friends and family bring their home visions to life. I specialize in custom homes, land development, and luxury real estate, always striving to provide my clients with not just a house, but a lifestyle—one where they can create memories for years to come.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Gulf Coast University, I bring a strong foundation in business strategy, negotiation, and market knowledge. My goal is to make a real difference in people’s lives by guiding them through one of the most important decisions they will ever make—finding a home that reflects their dreams and aspirations.

Beyond Real Estate

In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, practicing yoga, walking on the beach at sunset, and traveling. Most of all, I cherish spending time with my boys, watching them play baseball, and supporting their growth in the sport. I’m an avid sports fan, enjoying everything from football and golf to basketball and pickleball!
