Pari Withjack

Pari has been a real estate professional in the Orange County coastal area for over a decade. She has been honored multiple times over the last 10 years as a top producer at First Team Estates, Newport Beach. Her many successful experiences span the range from sales of premier custom homes in Newport Coast, Pelican Point, Spyglass and other coastal communities – to the sales of quaint village properties in Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach.

As a listing agent, Pari’s strengths include excellent presentation of properties, professional marketing, and establishing a cooperative working relationship with the buyer’s side. With the worldwide exposure of luxury Portfolio, First Team Estates marketing portal to the International Buyer client, Pari’s Sellers and Buyers have world-class and worldwide exposure.

With extensive experience in buyer representation, Pari is exceptionally dedicated to each client. After learning of their ‘dream’ home, she engages in an exhaustive effort to identify that very special property, and once found, provides a win-win solution to make their dream come true.

Pari was awarded her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a focus on psychology and childhood development. She received her P.H.D. from N.T.S.U. Early in her career, she entered the competitive business world as owner/director of several Montessori schools in the State of Texas. With this background behind her, she entered real estate in California having a keen sense of business, outstanding negotiating skills, and a new passion.
