Parker Broaddus

Parker is a real estate professional with several years experience in both residential sales and investment property. He and his wife Charis are growing topsoil and kids on their sustainable, regenerative farm in Central Kentucky. Parker enjoys the process of renovating old and forgotten homes with his wife, and loves exploring Garrard County and Central Kentucky with his three boys and two little girls.

When he isn't managing property, negotiating contracts, or chasing his kids you'll find him writing. He's a published author with a master's degree in Digital Storytelling and a love for the middle-grade adventure genre.
