Working with Parker made this whole process go incredibly smooth. He was always very responsive and worked around my schedule. On top of that he was constantly providing properties that fit exactly what I was looking for. We ended up closing on a house that fit the criteria of everything I wanted and he helped negotiate the price down as well!

I’ve worked with a lot of realtors in my life and very rarely did one ever make me feel like he genuinely had my best interests at heart as Parker did. Would recommend to anyone!

Couldn't recommend Parker enough. I was looking for a home in Royal Oak and Parker went through 8 different homes with me and answered any questions that I had. Many realtors will talk up the home in order to get you to buy it as quick as possible but Parker was honest and upfront about everything. There were multiple homes that we looks at and Parker brought up the fact that some of them could be a headache to fix up and brought things to my attention that I would not have noticed initially. Because of this, I was able to confidently put an offer down on the 8th house and now that I am moved in I couldn't thank Parker enough for being super straightforward and easy to work with!
