Parry Ward is a successful REALTOR® with a fantastic track history in marketing and advertising. It’s a skill he’s cultivated since his days as a young entrepreneur. In 1986 Parry started Zooke, manufacturing an anti-fog cleaning solution which took the market by storm. His product continues to have a home in the outdoor sporting industry today. Through his professional experience, Parry has come to recognize a product’s true potential, and share that vision with others. This is a tool he eventually put to use for individual clients, buying and selling homes, which marked his transition to the top of the high-end real estate market.

Parry began his real estate career in 2010 after becoming familiar with DeCaro Auctions International. Parry started his traditional real estate career with ENGEL & VÖLKERS Park City; a natural fit, as he was already working closely with many Park City agents. Always seeking a team dedicated to his vision and dedication to positive customer experience, Parry later created Ward Luxury Group at Windermere Real Estate. Earning his Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation and PSA Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA Course.

Parry actively lists homes in and around Utah’s busiest markets. He has a unique approach in that he is one of the most familiar REALTORS® that works directly with an auction company like DeCaro (DAI). In 2015 DAI’s annual closings made them one of the largest luxury real estate auction companies in existence.

Parry’s hard work-ethic and down to earth no-nonsense approach to communication continues to be an effective business tool. Unlike many who attempt, Parry’s competence is his passion and it’s no wonder why he continues to excel within the Real Estate Industry.
