About Pat
Pat chose a career in real estate because he finds it an honor for his clients to trust him with such an important life event and to be able to offer his expertise through it. The first time he purchased a home was a fun, rewarding, and stressful experience, and he had a great REALTOR® who created such a memorable experience that he wanted to be able to share the same with others. Pat enjoys assisting first-time homebuyers to facilitate the purchase of a $3 million residence.
Earlier in his real estate career, Pat was the manager of the Long Realty Sahuarita office, which gave him exceptional knowledge of Tucson and Southern Arizona and an even deeper appreciation for the business.
He believes in the importance of being involved in the community and has served in many positions that have helped him become a better REALTOR®. Pat was the past President of the Long Realty Cares Foundation, past Chair of UA Art Museum Leadership/1954 Circle, past President of the Arizona Daily Star Sportsman’s Fund, past Vice Chair of Ott Family YMCA Board of Managers, President of the Leadership Group, 1954 Circle University of Arizona Museum of Art, and received his CRS, Associate Broker, and ABR designations. Pat is currently a volunteer with the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona’s property committee.
As a native Tucsonan, Pat loves the area where he lives and works. The diverse culture and impressive food scene make Tucson a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Collecting Western and American Indian Art and hiking the beautiful landscape of Southern Arizona have been hobbies for many years, and what better place to enjoy those than the Southwest? Tucson’s proximity to the mountains and the vast Theater and Art scene makes this such a unique and special place to call home. If anyone is interested in making a home, he would be honored to help.
