Pat loves Santa Cruz County! Being able to live and work in such a beautiful, unique place is truly a joy. She is a California native and has lived in Santa Cruz County since 1980. Pat and her husband have raised two fantastic children, Allison, and Joey, and when not at work she loves to spend time with family, friends, an enjoyable book or in her garden. Whether it is buying your first home or selling your lifelong residence Pat is committed to helping clients meet all their real estate goals. Pat was raised with a strong, honest work ethic (thanks Dad) and that paired with a willingness and eagerness to put her excellent communication and negotiating skills to work will provide her clients with the full attention and service they expect and deserve. Having been a flight attendant for 30 years, a small business owner for 12 years and a mother, Pat knows how important it is to listen. She listens to client’s concerns and desires and together they find the perfect fit or solution to their real estate needs. Since most of Pat’s business comes from referrals building good client relationships is important to her.
