Pat helped me find my home..hitting most everything I wanted on my wish list. Being a first-time home owner..she helped me realize what i wanted and helped me narrow down the area i could afford. I really didnt know what or where i wanted until she started asking some pertinent questions which helped me to realize what was important to me for my family. Pat went to bat for me with the seller's agent and was able to get me in my new home with just a small down and no stress and was able to get them to fix a few things before we moved in. Pat has your best interest at heart and wants what's best for her clients. I would recommend Pat to anyone looking to purchase a home. I hv been in my home now for about 12 yrs or so. R.Sanchez

Last year we moved from Ranch Cucamonga to Whittier. Pat Loya was the realtor for the sale of our house in Rancho and for the purchase of the house in Whittier. Anyone who has sold a house and then purchased another, can usually look forward to either living in a rental or paying the mortgage on two houses at the same time. Pat was able to negotiate the purchase of the house we wanted in Whittier so it would coincide with the sale of our existing residence. Needless to say, this was a big saving financially. I'm not sure she will get the same results for everyone, but one thing I am sure of is that she will give it her best effort. I must say it was a pleasure working with Pat. R. Hall
