We relocated from PA. in April. In a competitive market Pat Lutz found us a home and we are settled and moved two months later! He always answers or returns calls and texts. He is a full time broker, Pat listens and is kind and courteous, never pushy. We drove far and wide with him and as a native knows the territory well. Pat set us up with the MLS, and put in our parameters for location, price and features including sales status of all the homes. This saves a lot of frustration, as many of the public web site listings are not current for the market. My husband and I relocated down here in June of 2013 for his job. My husband's company recommended Pat to us and we were not disappointed. Pat is very patient, always reachable, and has a great personality allowing us to get along very well. We recently closed on a house (December of 2014) so yes, it was a long journey in finding the right house to buy for us, but he didn't push, not once. Instead, Pat found us a great central home to rent when we first moved down here and told us to let him know when we knew what area (s) we wanted to start looking at to buy. In the past year we have gone all over central Brevard and finally narrowing it down to Satellite Beach.
