I've been working with Pat for almost 10 years now and cannot be happier with his service. Because I am an out of state investor, I rely on Pat's invaluable advice on the local market. He's helped identify and close on the best properties for my investment portfolio. He makes the purchasing experience as smooth as I've ever experienced. He also helps manage the properties and makes it a worry free experience. He's on top of all the issues, keeps the property in top notch condition, and keeps them occupied almost all the time. I highly recommend his service and only wish that he could also help me with investments in other states :).
