About Pat

The Mullikin Family Realty Group was started by Pat Mullikin over 20 years ago. At that time the boys were in grade school and we got around in an old red mini-van with a target on the back because we had been rear-ended so many times! (Realtors are notoriously bad drivers!!) By the time Ben finished high school he knew he wanted to be in the real estate business and so it was. We started our own independent real estate office - M3 Realty in January of 2015, centered in Elm Grove. We are able to negotiate our commission rates as needed, and we don't worry about arbitrary "corporate" policies and rules. Pat has earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Staging Professional. Ben has earned the designations of Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative and e-Pro. Now Pat, Ben and Martin, all licensed Brokers, are busy helping neighbors in Brookfield, Elm Grove and New Berlin sell and/or buy their homes. And - we love it! I bought my first home through Ben Mullikin, and he was a blast to work with. My wife and I truly had fun looking at house! He was very honest, and took the time to explain things we didn't know (which was a lot, as this was our first home). He was very patient and was always available. He is extremely down to earth and wants to find you the perfect house as much as you do. My wife and I have already recommended him to all our friends, and will be contacting him in the future.
