Patii has helped our family twice since we moved to North Carolina, once to find a rental and recently to purchase our home. She has been an excellent resource in getting to know the area, and was always willing to share her experience to help us make informed decisions. She truly loves to see her clients get into good homes.

She did it again.. Patii is one helluva Realtor, on the ball, on the top of her game, and a pleasure to work with. A year ago, Patii sold our home, helped in the purchase of our new home and just completed selling some land that we owned and had decided that we were not going to build there. She is quite the Professional and goes out of her way to make things move along. Highly recommend and if and when we need a realtor again, I know who to call. Thanks Patii and Happy Holidays.
