I started my Real Estate Career in 2006 and was soon selected by my peers to be the Manatee County Realtor of the Year. Another award that is selected by contacting former clients of the past year is the Top 5 in Sarasota/Manatee Counties and I have been honored to be selected for this 2010-2018. I hold the Platinum award with RE/MAX which puts me in the top 7% of all Realtors which means we work for you - very hard. Just this April 2017 I received the Spirit Award from RE/MAX Alliance Group. I am Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) which means I am not only familiar with my local market but also around the world, and I have traveled to many of the foreign areas to be more familiar with the people and the customs. Therefore, when a person from another country comes to the US I understand their traditions and customs and can better serve them. I graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida so you can see I am a Florida girl, and my family lived in Naples and so I have stayed on the West Coast of Florida I am a member of the Bradenton Yacht Club and from there I sailed to Cuba on a sailboat - so traveling by air,sea,or car I see the world. My Children live in Pinellas County where I lived for many years and now my children and grandchildren live there as well, however, one lives in Portland Oregon, so yes, we buy and sell in Portland. The West Coast of Florida encompasses Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, beaches, World Class Sports Events, International and National Rowing, and oh, yes, shopping, restaurants ,theatre, opera, planetarium, museums so you can definitely find something to do.
