My wife & I had the pleasure of working with Tricia on our search for a condo in the Scottsdale area. Being from out of town and needing to complete most of our search from out of state it was important to us to work with someone that knew the area very well, and could not only help us with our search but also help us understand all of the different areas the city had to offer. Tricia was really well organized and helped us prepare for our search well before arriving in town to complete our walk throughs. She had a plan in place to maximize our time, and with her help, we were able to find a place we love in a short amount of time in our price range. As helpful as she was during our search, she has been just as helpful to us as we closed on the property. We were brand new to the Phoenix market and we weren’t quite sure what we were looking for. We were referred to Tricia from a friend who recently purchased a property in Phoenix with Tricia’s help. That referral would end up being the one that helped us land in Phoenix. Tricia was extremely knowledgeable about the Phoenix market, very patient, and always made us feel like we were the most important client. Tricia is an extraordinary realtor that is professional, informed, conscientious, and transparent. The home buying process was arduous and found us hopeless before we had Tricia as our third realtor. Her experience, contacts, and knowledge of the market enabled us to form a strong partnership from the start. Tricia allowed us to navigate the home buying process while she ensured everything was in place. She did this selflessly and tirelessly while always having a smile and an encouraging word. We searched for a home for eight months before Tricia, and with her, we were in our home within two months. She was able to not only find the needle in the haystack because she listened and took our desires seriously without trying to drive us to the top of our price range. She procured the home through very difficult circumstances from the sellers while maintaining dignity and grace. Tricia helped find our new home when we moved to Arizona. She lined up a number of places while were were in another stare. Tricia looked at homes ahead of a visit so we could make the most of our weekend trips. She helped coordinate the details during our move that lowered stress in a cross country move. Tricia worked with us throughout the sale of our home. She helped us assess what items we should repair/replace that would make a difference in either the price we could get for our home or how it would be more appealing to potential buyers. Conversely she advised us on what items would make little difference. Additionally, she pre-marketed our home on the MLS using a "coming soon" status. During the last weekend of "coming soon" we received worked with buyer realtors to obtain multiple offers, and worked with them to obtain the best offering price. Because we got multiple offers, and escalation clauses we were able to accept an offer that to date has been the highest offer in our neighborhood, in spite of a number of homes selling since our home closed. Her skills in presenting a home for sale and negotiating the best offer are outstanding!
