Patricia Cadavid

Patricia's real estate career encompasses over 25 years marketing some of the North Shore's premiere properties. Hard work and impeccable ethics are the qualities that have made her a respected and successful professional in her field. She has been a consistent top producer and is a member of the Gold Circle of Excellence. A large part of her business comes from repeat clients who value and trust her expertise and knowledge of the communities she serves. Prior to entering real estate, Patricia enjoyed an exciting career in the film and video production industry in Manhattan. She segued her interpersonal skills and attention to detail to the Real Estate profession once she moved to Long Island in 1989. Her passion for real estate stems from the many long-lasting friendships that she has formed with her clients throughout the years. Pat and her husband have raised their two children in the Oyster Bay area, where she has been actively involved in her community. Her philosophy of giving back is evident in her participation with many of the local non-profits such as The Community Service Foundation of Oyster Bay, The Teddy Roosevelt Bird Sanctuary, the local chapter of Save the Children, as well as the animal rescue organization Mixed Breeds in Need. She feels strongly about the plight of homeless animals and makes it a point to donate a portion of each real estate transaction to an animal rescue group. Pat is intimately familiar with equestrian real estate in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. She is a member of the Muttontown Horsemen's Association and with her beloved Icelandic horse has explored many of the beautiful trails that abound on the North Shore.
