Prior to Renwick Real Estate, Patty was a practicing attorney at Carter, Ledyard & Milburn in New York City where she specialized in litigation and honed many skills necessary in real estate such as attention for detail, negotiation and the ability to listen. She listens to her clients in order to understand exactly what they are looking for. Patty has been a resident of Bedford for more that fifteen years. Married with two children, Patty is an active member of the Bedford community and has served on numerous committees benefiting John Jay Homestead, St. Matthews Church, the Rippowam Cisqua School and the Northern Westchester Hospital. Born and raised in New York City, Patty attended The Chapin School. Thereafter she received her BA from Duke University and her JD from Washington University where she distinguished herself as an editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly and was the recipient of numerous awards.
