Patricia is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Howard Hanna Rand Realty. Her office is in New Windsor, NY. She has been working in the field for 35+ years. She has represented both buyers and sellers in Orange and Ulster counties. Earning many designations which include Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has been specially trained to serve military families on the move. Patricia’s clients appreciate her attention to detail and her communication skills.
