Lindsey Smith was my realtor, and I will NEVER buy from anyone else! She was amazing and gave me the best feed back on all homes. There was absolutely no pressure and even with personal things going on in my life there was not pushing to get things done in a timely manner. She took her time with me and the follow ups were great. She listened to my every want and need, and with a small one income budget she was able to find the perfect home for myself and my son. Viewed and contracted a house on the last day of our vacation in New Smyrna Beach in June 2019. Wylie Devlin was our realtor and was absolutely amazing!!! From coordinating inspections to helping us unload a 26 foot uhaul full of furnishings she was hands on and on top of the whole process. She helped us find handymen, cleaning crews and even a crew to help carry furniture inside. We would highly recommend anyone looking for property in New Smyrna to use her and Collado Real Estate.
