Patricia made buying a new home (while still living across the country) an absolute breeze. Just as we were ready to start the process of purchasing a home in Florida, shut downs hit an all time high and we were not going to be able to travel in order to see properties. Patricia helped us by finding properties, visiting our favorite ones in person, and making herself available in every way possible (despite being in a different time zone). Even after we were officially owners of our new home, she went above and beyond in order to help us get things ready before moving in. Things such as meeting with fence companies at our new property, being present for epoxy floor install, and checking to make sure our grass wasn't overgrown were so very much appreciated by my husband and I. Patricia is amazing!
