The reason we chose Pat for our real estate transaction was her knowledge of the market. The market analysis and comps. she provided gave us a sound basis for the pricing of the property. Pat's guidance was essential when we received multiple offers during the first hours after the property was listed. Her advice and negotiation skills enabled us to complete the sale of the property at a price that surpassed our asking price as well as the price of all comparable properties in the neighborhood.

My husband and I used Pat while building our new home at The Estates at Oldmans Creek. Pat was easily available to get ahold of even while she was juggling multiple things at once. When we had any questions, changes, or concerns with our build. Pat was able to answer the questions in a timely manner, or get the answer if she didn’t know the answer. She was very knowledgeable of the new build process and also closing of a new build home. She also worked closely with the builder and always kept us in the loop when issues or questions arose. During our closing, she was also present to answer any questions we had or explain unfamiliar items. Overall, it was a smooth process as buying a new home can be, especially since we were 1000 miles away the whole time in Florida and I have to say it was because the open and easy communication with Pat.

Pat was great. We had to buy a home from a distance, and she worked with us to coordinate showings where we could utilize face time to see the houses. She is available, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a realtor.
