Patricia was outstanding. We were lucky to find our 1st on day one. But we did look at 12 different houses that day. We started off in Algonquin, then drove up to Lake In the Hills, then to Pingree Grove, then to South Elgin, then Elgin, then Hanover Park, and finally ended up in Streamwood. It was an exhausting day but we did it. The 12th house we saw that day was the home we fell in love with. Patricia guided every step of the way, even through the few bumps in the road along the way. She was readily available any time we had questions or concerns. She took the time to explain the process and took us step by step and answered every question we had even if we already asked it a dozen times. Patricia is talented at what she does, knows the right questions to ask, she always keeps your best interest in mind and does not pressure you into anything that you do not want to do or makes you feel on edge. She listens to your concerns and gives you the different options and let's you decide what is best for you. You are the client and she listens to your wants and does everything she can to make it happen. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family looking to buy a home in the near future.
