After meeting 3 realtors to sell my home in Wallingford, we chose Harriman, mainly because Pat was transparent, experienced and had a great track record. I also liked her professional photographer and her advice on staging, When we listed homes were sitting on the market for a while so we thought we’d have a long time to find a new home. Our house sold in 7 days! And it sold for more than I expected. Pat suggested contractors for fixing things from the inspection and they were reasonable and did great work. Next we needed to find a new home fast. Pat went to see at least 20 homes with us and was patient while we looked. We were very specific regarding the town we wanted, room for dogs to run, garage, body of water. Pat was helpful pointing out pros and cons of each house and was great about sending us new listings right away. We grabbed our new home as soon as it was listed and Pat was very helpful with contract negotiations, getting what we wanted, under our budget (all over the 4th of July holiday). We have been in our house a few years and love it. I recommend Pat, Wayne and Harriman all the time. I will definitely buy and sell with them next time and you should too. Really.

Pat Harriman is incredible to work with. I met her in 2003 when I bought my first house and my husband I have since completed 3 home sales and 2 purchases with her. Our most recent purchase in February 2021was challenging and Pat made sure everything went as smooth as possible by keeping on top of everything. I contacted Pat Harriman because I wanted to put my house on the market. I hadn’t even signed with her and she walked me through how to stage my home, what colors to paint my rooms to help sell it, how to place furniture etc. When I was ready and signed with her she gave me an awesome realtor, Christine to work with and get my home sold. They helped me get so much more money for my home than others in my neighborhood sold for and then helped me find my current home. I HIGHLY recommend them. Pat Harriman is extremely knowledgeable and professional in the market of real estate. She helped my husband and I find our first house with a very low budget. Less than 3 years later we needed a larger house as our family expanded. She gave us the much needed advice on what our home needed done to bring up value. We were able to sell our home for $90k above what we purchased it for. Additionally, she helped us find our second home within our price range and the location needed for easy access to child care and our jobs, with a contingency on simultaneously selling our home. I called Pat Harriman in the summer 2013, it just so happened she was on vacation but still answered and assured me she would return my call, and she did. We were in a hard situation with a low budget. Pat made me feel like I was top priority regardless of our tight budget. She helped me through every step of our deal. She was so knowledgeable with our short sale purchase and brought us in at our exact budget. She truly cared about us and getting us exactly what we needed. She spoke with us almost daily, responded to texts so quickly, and helped us find a lawyer, lender and inspectors. She went way above and beyond and I’m so grateful for all her help. Harriman Real Estate sold my mother's house the day it showed for a lot more than we asked for! 754 N Main St Ext. The agent was extremely professional, nice, and had great ideas as to how to highlight areas to make them more attractive.
