I got Patricia's name through Kyle Kirchner, who'd been helping me for years with questions about what to do with my 14 acre property in Stockbridge. I called Patricia and immediately got a great vibe of trust and confidence from her and the way she acted both professionally and she was very kind and sweet. She far exceeded my expectations! Not being able to travel to Vt. and meet with her, with her gentle way,she enabled me to develop TRUST with her, sight unseen. She referred me to another team of lawyers to sell my property, and they handled the job with expertise and rapidly! I'd tell any of my friends to definitely go with Patricia because I feel she was very professional, yet accessible, fair, she always emailed or called me back promptly, everything you'd hope for with someone in this field.
