If you are looking for a realtor, Patricia is the answer! Working with her on the sale of our home was a great experience. She is really outstanding! She really took time to talk with us about the process. And, after we received 17 offers (that's a real number!), she walked us through each one and helped us understand the elements of each. Patricia is who you need as your realtor. She is honest, hard-working, protective of her clients, and overall a genuine, easy going person. My husband and I viewed several houses with Patricia prior to deciding to pursue a construction project instead. Through it all Patricia offered professional insight and quickly learned what our style was (even though we didn’t even know at the time!) She was with us from the initial contract to close, and Patricia went above-and-beyond multiple times in between to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted (and needed) from the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Patricia was there for me. She guided my wife and I through the whole process. If you're a first time home buyer, I recommend Patricia 100%. She knows what she is doing, and she's very professional. Patricia is also very friendly and easy to work with.
