Poor Pat went thru a very difficult time with me. The house I attempted to purchase fell thru at the last minute due to the seller's outstanding loan. It left me homeless as I had sold my house and had to vacate in 8 days. She managed to get the seller to agree to let me move in until the problem was resolved. The problem was never resolved and Pat and I started house hunting again. I found a nice house in Brighton and put an offer in based on Pat's recommendation as houses in Brighton were getting 4 to 5 bids the day they hit the market. We were moving to the area blindly and really needed someone who knew the area extremely well to guide to us to our perfect home! We moved to Michigan from Virginia so knew nothing about the area, schools, subdivisions, etc. Pat was excellent in showing us several homes in different neighborhoods while explaining area details, giving us the knowledge we needed to narrow our search. We chose a new construction house in the perfect neighborhood for us, thanks to Pat's work. Even after we closed, Pat stayed highly involved in the new home process as we had issues with the builder. Buying a home without professional help can be very intimidating. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to even begin. Pat walked us through every step of the process and was extremely patient and responsive with our many questions we had. It was very discouraging when we were out-bid on the first home that we made an offer on, but Pat kept us positive and never stopped looking for new houses to come onto the market. I was considering selling my home but didn't even know where to start. I saw several listings in my area with Pat Lotz on the sign. Within a few days to a couple of weeks I noticed sale pending on these signs. I gave Pat a call and she came out and walked through my home with me. During the walk through the power went off and we ended up using our phone light in the basement. I asked her for suggestions for prepping my house to list it. She gave me sound practical ideas. I prepped my house and we met again listing it. In less than 2 weeks I had an acceptable offer. She was courteous, professional and navigated me through the whole process seamlessly.
