Trish Lyman’s path to real estate has always been rooted in a love of place, lifestyle, and community. After earning her degree from the University of Vermont and spending time in Stowe, Aspen, New York City, and Greenwich, she ultimately chose Martha’s Vineyard as home—where she has built a successful career spanning more than 20 years.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2005 and broker’s license in 2009, Trish has built her business on integrity, authenticity, and results. She represents buyers and sellers across the Island with a thoughtful, strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and deep local knowledge.
Her connection to the Vineyard extends beyond real estate. Trish is actively involved with the Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard, the Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass & Bluefish Derby, and the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, along with other nonprofit and community initiatives—offering her clients a genuine, insider perspective on Island life.
Trish holds a range of respected industry designations, including CRS, ABR, CBR, SRS, RSPS, PSA, and RENE, ensuring expert guidance at every stage. Known for her personalized service and steady advocacy, she works with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors seeking a legacy Vineyard property.
When she’s not working, she can often be found exploring Edgartown with her Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Lucy, enjoying the very lifestyle she helps her clients find.
Whether you’re buying or selling on Martha’s Vineyard, Trish welcomes the opportunity to guide you with expertise, care, and a true connection to the Island.
