Patricia Marshburn

Tricia was born and raised in East Texas. As the daughter of a professional salesman, Tricia experienced firsthand the joys of moving around the region, finding unique and captivating places to live as her dad’s job took them to many new and exciting locations throughout East Texas.
After high school, Tricia entered the professional world as both an administrative assistant and a military wife. These unique experiences allowed her to live, work, and play across Texas and the United States.
She has fond memories of the military moves, the search for a new home, exploring a new community, and getting to know the local customs and people.

After nearly 20 years she returned to East Texas where she now lives in Longview with her husband and two daughters. When she returned to Longview she began work providing administrative support to several executives and leaders at Eastman Chemical Company.
Tricia is active in the veteran and law enforcement support communities and has a deep passion for helping others. She can be found on many weeknights supporting her daughters in their local middle and high school athletics, and in her free time, she and her husband love to fish, camp, and get away on their motorcycle.

Her experience as a military wife, her deep ties to East Texas, and her love of helping others find joy in homeownership make Tricia a great partner in your home-buying or relocation experience.
