Patricia McCormick

The Rockport native finds that buying and selling houses is exciting. “Each home on Cape Ann is unique and it is exciting to work with clients to find a home that is just right for them,” says Patricia “No two transactions are the same and each on brings a new challenge. My job is to use all available resources to make the process as smooth as possible.”

With over 15 years’ experience, first as a successful real estate paralegal and now as a Realtor®, Patricia has extensive technical expertise in residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate. Her knowledge of North Shore real estate, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for what she does impresses clients from the start.

An active volunteer, Patricia has served the Rockport PTO, St. John’s Prep Auction Committee, and the Reid R. Sacco AYA Cancer Alliance.
