Patty is everything you could ask for in a realtor - she is knowledgeable, pays attention to what you’re looking for, is quick to show houses within your price range and that match your tastes and she is incredibly responsive and competitive in a tough real estate market without being pushy and without sacrificing what mattered to us. We were nervous first time home buyers, but Patty helped us every step of the way and made the process seamless. Patty was amazing in helping to sell our home. She provided really helpful suggestions on getting our home ready to show and created a great listing. Patty was also helpful throughout the closing process - coordinating inspection scheduling and keeping in good communication with the buyers who had a lot of questions.
