Patricia O`Brien

Patricia has always been fascinated with all aspects of Real Estate, from interior decorating to cosmetic resuscitation to interior design to rehabilitation and building. It all interests her. It started with making cosmetic changes to a couple of apartments she lived in and progressed from there to rehabilitating her first home, including jacking the floor up to level the house, tearing a wraparound porch off and rebuilding it as well as completing a kitchen makeover. That led to Patricia co-contracting the building of her second home.

After moving to the North Country after selling a business, it seemed a natural progression to become a realtor. Having been on the consumer side of Real Estate for so long had exposed Patricia to the anxieties and frustrations that go with trying to complete a project within a certain period and budget. A similar set of anxieties and frustrations holds true for the sale or acquisition of a property…this was her ah-ha moment. Patricia could combine her interests and her knowledge and use it to help consumers clear the debris away that inevitably litters the path on the way to acquiring or selling a property.

Some of Patricia’s personal interests are cooking, reading, gardening, decorating and playing with her dogs, Abby, Darla B, and Willy.
