Patricia resides in Jamestown, Rhode Island and brings a wealth of knowledge from New York, where lived for many years and studied interior design and architecture. As the former customer service project manager at Avon Products Inc. in New York and office manager/senior executive assistant to the Chairman/CEO at FactSet Research Systems Inc. in Connecticut, Patricia has developed financial analysis and negotiating strategies which align well in purchasing or selling real estate.
