I met Patricia on social media, and what always struck me was her optimism, excitement for real estate, and her kindness/compassion. Upon meeting her, these traits were able to SHINE through as an incredible light in the field. I have so much I could say about Patricia. She sold my condo in Alexandria for me. It was on the market for 6 days when we received a FULL PRICE OFFER. I was nervous about the entire process. Patricia truly eased my mind and made it understandable and was there to answer all of my questions at all times of the day. She was very well connected , and clearly understands how to negotiate every aspect of real estate. She was able to use her contacts with days in advance to get some important work done that directly contributed to the sale of the condo. She was able to advise me on the best areas to spend my money for improvements. I will also say the time she took out of her own day to do some work and staging around my condo while I was out of the state made such a tremendous impact. I really hope Patricia knows how much of a blessing she has been in my life. I am so thankful for her. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND the "call of duty" to turn my condo around in a limited amount of time. The actual sale and closing went off easily which was a HUGE relief. THANK YOU TO PATRICIA! She is the BEST and there is no one else I would recommend to sell your home or to find you a perfect home.

My husband and I interviewed multiple realtors. In the end, we chose Patricia and we are incredibly happy we made that decision. Patricia was professional; she communicated clearly, responded promptly to our questions with detail, demonstrated great knowledge about local real estate (and for those new to the area, realistic expectations on commute times). She can provide recommendations on a wide range of things from lenders, closing companies, home improvement contractors, even down to the best local pie shop and venues for apple picking. We used a lender she recommended and had a very positive experience working with him and his company. Since Patricia worked with this lender before, it made our purchase experience, in a competitive housing market, less stressful. Lastly, she helped us view and place an offer on a house from Japan! This speaks to our deep trust in her thoroughness, professionalism, recommendations, and character. We highly recommend her to others!

Patti started working with us when we were in the investigation stage, months before we were planning to buy. Her willingness to take us to many properties so that we could become educated in Northern Virginia market was incredibly helpful. As we got closer to the end of our lease we picked up the pace of looking and she was very helpful about only taking us to properties that fit within our framework. Since this market moves so fast she was able to get us into properties as soon as possible. When we finally found “the one” it had only been listed for one day. She crafted an offer that day and it was accepted the next day. She knows the market quite well and was able to help us navigate the closing process without a hitch.

We are so fortunate to have found Patricia. I am a big communicator and I absolutely loved that she gave us honest input on houses, location, and specific communities because we weren’t able to spend much time in the area before moving here. We ended up purchasing our house sight unseen by us because we fully trusted Patricia to give us a true assessment of the house and if it would meet the needs of our house. She actually was able to understand what we wanted, before we knew it! The house we ended up with has been a dream come true and the neighborhood, the house, and even the commute to work for us perfectly. She also has A LOT of experience with VA loans as well and had personal experience and understanding of the military lifestyle, which was a HUGE plus for us. She went over and beyond, even after we closed as well. She checked our mail, looked after our house, and connected us with local contractors for THREE weeks!! So amazing!

When it comes to getting a home in this crazy seller's market, you really, really need someone on your side. Patricia was all that and more for my fiancé as we tackled getting our first home. Patricia was always responsive when we had questions or found a home we liked, and she was constantly on the lookout for places that met our needs from a location and budget perspective. She was always a quick email or text if we had questions as she guided us through the process of finding the perfect place, making the offer, and when we finally found the one, helping us make our way to close. We had a very unusual issue with our property near the end, and Patricia was always there to keep us in the loop and update us as we made our way through the process. I would highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking to buy a home in Old Town Alexandria or the greater Northern Virginia area. I don't think we would be in the position we are now without Patricia in our corner!
