Patricia Powers-Scott

Trish has been in the real estate business for over 14 years. After realizing how much she loved the industry she decided to own her own brokerage, and PowerHouse Real Estate was opened in February of 2018, the name coming from her maiden name, “Powers.” She is a 2007 graduate of the University at Buffalo, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree. She spent the beginning of her career in the financial industry, working various financial jobs, from a Branch Manager of a bank to a Business Specialist working for HSBC, where she was trained to do business in 86 countries. Then she moved on to become a Financial Advisor for MassMutual. Bringing all that financial experience to the real estate business gives her clients a completely comprehensive sale, from finding the perfect home to finding the perfect financing.

Trish also created and owns an AFAA/NASM certified boxing program, “Beatbox,” where she trains clients in a group fitness setting. She currently has certified 13 other trainers to coach her program and hopes to expand that at some point in her career. Helping others achieve their personal goals in health and fitness and working on “being the best version of you,” is another one of her larger life goals.

Her proudest accomplishments, however, are being a wife to her husband Donovan and a mom to their three boys, Deacon, Jackson, and Lincoln. Trish is a Buffalo native who has lived locally her whole life, giving her extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Buffalo.
