Patricia’s philosophy is simple: she works for you.

She has been actively involved in every facet of real estate since arriving in Westport in 1987. Her experiences include ten years as a real estate paralegal with a local law firm. This training has afforded her a comprehensive education in each of the moving parts of a real estate transaction, including finance, land use, contracts, and title. Still, she is never afraid to say, "I don't know, but I will find out", and reach out to her network of trusted professionals to get the facts.

Patricia has been surprised and gratified to receive CT Magazine's Five Star Award for real estate professionals EVERY year since 2011. The FIVE STAR designation, based on over 100,000 client satisfaction survey results, is granted to fewer than 4% of Connecticut agents.
