We found Pat through Google Maps and are so glad that we did, as she is the definition of professional. Pat is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the entire process. Her communication was always timely and she consistently set expectations at every step so we were never left wondering what was next. Absolutely awesome realtor… Pat went above and beyond in so many ways.. Very polite and courteous as well.. She knows the housing market and knows how to play the game very well.. I could not be more happier with my experience buying my house.. Even as I type this she is on top of the contingencies I had.. I heard horror stories of people buying houses and was afraid when I started signing and doing paperwork.. But she had my back the whole way.. If you can get her as a realtor jump on the opportunity and you won’t be sorry I assure you.. A+++++ service..

I was referred to Patricia Robinson to help with a house and land. Well when I was approved for it there was not any thing in my price range. She did not give up on me. She kept looking for me because she knew I was single and wanting something to leave for my kids. Well she came across some land that was cheap enough for me. Not only that the seller was kind enough to do self pay. What a blessing!! If I had to go through a bank I might not have been approved. So I want thank Mrs. Robinson for not giving up on me!!! She is a blessing to me!!

Where to begin... we were looking for a new home in SC that both my husband and I would love. A task that was a lot harder than you’d think. Our realtor Pat Robinson who deserves a raise after putting up with us was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and very hard working found us the perfect place after months of showing us many great places. We would make an offer, over asking and we would get outbid most times. My husband and I were close to giving up. Then, Pat took things a step farther and found a home for sale by owner on Zillow. She called the owners who didn’t have to sell it to us and convinced them to let us look at the beautiful, perfect place we now call “home”. Not only did we get the perfect home and the perfect realtor, we have a perfect new friend named Pat Robinson. We owe her big time and we plan on showing her just how grateful we are through the years.
