We had the pleasure of working with Patty to find our home and it was a great experience! She is honest and blunt, which is very important in the home buying process because you need to know exactly what you are buying. She hustles for all of her clients, worked around our schedules for evening showings and was mindful we were traveling from far away so we always had a great list of homes to check out. Once we found our home, she was there every step of the way fighting and pushing the rest of the team on both sides until the closing day. I was referred to Patty by my sister and would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to contact and engage with Patty.

Where do I start with my experience with Patty? She couldn't have been better as our agent. She was extremely organized and excellent at returning calls, texts, emails and any other forms of communication. She even calls and emails from work and she is a busy mom. She must have showed us at least 50/60 houses during a couple month period and always showed up on time and never rushed us or made it feel like she had other places to be. She gave us great attention and answered every question. If she didn't have the answer she found it, and coming from me that was impressive cause I always bugged her with tons of questions. When we finally decided on a house, she was great during that process. She came to the inspection, stayed in contact with attorneys, just all around working hard for us. Due to covid restrictions, she was unable to attend the closing but remained available by phone to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Patty as your agent, especially if this is your first time. Oh, she like Weber bakery so surprise her with some pastries when she is helping you with your home! Thank you Patty for everything!

Patricia was excellent during all the process of buying my new home working even a lot hours from home to make sure everything was ok, she answered all my questions And also help me to understand all the process of getting a house as I was a first buyer ,that’s way I give her 5 stars .
