My experience with Patty was absolutely fantastic, she was there for me every step of the way.

I wanted to find a home in a quiet neighborhood. Early on in my search, I thought I found the house. Thankfully, Patty's local knowledge of the area, alerted me to a proposal that rezoning part of the neighborhood allowing for the expansion of the local hospital, potentially adding a significant amount of traffic to the neighborhood -- a deal breaker.

I was on the fence about checking out a new construction build and ultimately told Patty not to scheduling a showing. However, she convinced me to go check it out. Thanks to that push, I ended up in a fantastic home! I can't believe I was so close to passing it up, thank you Patty!

Unfortunately, my real estate transaction was plagued with problems and closing was delayed by a month. This was extremely stressful! Patty went above and beyond to help resolve issues and ensure progress was being made. This was an extremely challenging transaction and I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else!
