We presented Patricia with some unique challenges. After listing our property, we left town for a long planned six week vacation. So she was on her own. The listing and photos were well done and emphasized the strongest selling points of our property. She did a great job of publicizing the property and encouraging prospective buyers to come take a look. Her local standing as a successful realtor helped attract lookers. Very quickly we had a good offer and we accepted it. Since we were out of town for another month, Patricia coordinated all of the details until the contract was completed. There were a few bumps along the way between the buyers and sellers. She did a great job of addressing and resolving the issues. She also expertly dealt with all of the coordination with the closing procedures so that the sale went smoothly for all. We were very pleased and very fortunate to have Patricia’s friendly and expert guidance throughout the entire process.

Patricia was extremely flexible and helpful. We have a challenging schedule due to our traveling for work and family duties, but she adjusted wonderfully and worked with us for months in the distance. She organized house viewings efficiently even when we sent her last minute homes we had seen on the app that very same morning, and was very diligent going through the specifications of every listing to see if it would really suit us. On top of that she is cheerful and kind, and a joy to work with. We are very grateful for her honesty and her hard work, and very happy with the house she helped us find.
