About Patricia

Background
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Patricia Spicer was raised in the suburbs of Boston. Graduated with honors from High School, Graduated from Bryant (College) University in Rhode Island with Bachelors Banking & Finance in 1992.

After College, worked in the Management Program at one of the largest banks in Boston as well at the United Way in their compliance & fundraising programs. After a few years migrated to Atlanta, GA and worked for one of the top regional banks as a manager. There Patricia began working with the community, businesses, and some real estate projects.

Real Estate Career
While working as a manage in banking, Patricia started working with some real estate developers in the community where she first started working in real estate. She started working for Carriage House Properties as a licensed agent in Jonesboro and became the top seller in residential and commercial lending and sales.

From 2001- 2007, Trisha branched out on her own and became her mortgage broker where she had developed a staff and processors. Even after surviving the real estate crash, Trisha still continued to do business. In 2016, she started working for an Atlanta real estate company as a Broker Assistant and agent, full time.

In 2019, Patricia became her own broker and started Premier Realty of Georgia, LLC along side with her husband. Today we are still in the business serving Residential & Commercial clients with sales as well as Property Management.

Today
Patricia still continues to work hard for her clients every day. She takes pride in giving 100% in making sure clients are happy. The Staff handles all clients professionally and with care. Premier Realty collaborates with the very top lenders with the best rates & programs. She takes pride that the company has a high success rate of properties closing because of the “hands-on” approach and communication. Patricia and her team will make sure the deal gets done!
