This is the second time we have used Ms. Patricia to provide renters to us. The first time was over a year and a half ago. The tenants she placed with us have been the best tenants we have had so far. Patricia is extremely efficient and thorough. She is always on time, takes every phone call and responds to texts quickly. She is honest about what you need to do and she will get the best tenant. She only sends through candidates that pass her rigorous requirements. She was able to rent our place within a week of placing the ad.
