Although Pat Ward originally moved with her family to the Monterey Peninsula in 1970, she subsequently lived in Paris, London, New York, Acapulco, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles in her first career as a professional dancer. After retiring from dance, she segued into the fitness industry and ultimately managed several fitness facilities in New York City. Tiring of the city life, she returned home to Carmel in 1992 and has been happily living the good life ever since.
Pat has an intimate knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula, having lived in many local areas over the years including Carmel, the Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, and Pacific Grove. She also worked as a manager for the Pebble Beach Company for eight years, giving her a unique knowledge of this very special property.
Pat enjoys representing both buyers and sellers and uses her skills as a creative problem solver and as a tough negotiator to guide her clients in achieving their real estate goals. She has an unerring ability to match buyers with properties and sellers with buyers. She believes in limiting her number of clients in order to provide each client with the highest level of service.
Pat is a member of the Pebble Beach Riding and Trails Association, the Carmel Foundation and the Carmel Valley Association as well as a past board member of the Monterey County Film Commission.
