Even the hard time we face during covid and the Real estate market being competitive she never turned her back on us. Gave us 100% regardless what was going on and the road blocks we hit. I chose to purchase my first home and despite being well educated and a businessman, I was very intimidated by the extremely large market in the surrounding areas of Charlotte. Especially after I heard so many terrible stories from friends and family about various real estate experiences. Patricia showed me homes in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union counties. Explained to me various Pro's and Con's of all the areas. She seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for and always sending me homes to check out. She was always available to show me homes even during inconvenient times and was very knowledgeable about fair prices and negotiation tactics. I will be using her again during my next home purchase and highly recommend her to anyone else. She is bilingual, which wasn't a skill that was useful for me, but I recommend her to all of my Hispanic friends that prefer speaking Spanish rather than English. By SS
