Having worked with both Andy and Patrick from Century 21, I would accept no others to represent me in this business! Patrick grew to be a friend more than my agent as he was with me every step of the way through my year-long search for a home in Southern Maryland. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions about expected upkeep, different types of homes, and title information. Patrick had many answers and was very patient with walking me through the whole process and getting me resources as was necessary. It's always nice having someone in your corner rooting for you, and I can't recommend this crew enough!

Patrick Deighan and Susan Stachelczyk sold our home in 4 days. This was achieved with a fair market analysis, constant communication and guidance. We used Susan Stachelczyk to purchase the house; we used the Stachelczyk Shemeta Deighan Team to sell the home 13 years later. The service and integrity remained outstanding and trustworthy. They are certainly the bulldogs you want on your side when buying or selling a home.

Patrick was incredible to work with! We knew he and his team understood the area and unique niche of clientele we were marketing to. At our initial meeting he helped my daughter-in-law carry and load boxes into her vehicle that I had packed. He followed up with all matters and answered emails quickly. Patrick made himself available to meet the HVAC technician at my condo when I could not be there so that we could get all outstanding inspection items completed, which ultimately landed us at the closing table earlier than anticipated. He is respectful, polite, and always a pleasure to speak with. He made the experience easy and seamless! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Southern Maryland!

Patrick and his team excelled in every interaction we had with them. He showed us many housing options during our limited duration visit (~25 properties & a half dozen schools in a single week), understood our desires, and identified suitable housing options. In addition, once we were on contract, Patrick and his team were extremely helpful in representing us at inspections and in facilitating delivery of two of our cars before we arrived. They really went above and beyond when it came to the car delivery assistance.

Andy from Patrick's team helped to get both of our cars received and in the garage prior to our arrival in MD. He also showed us some new build lot possibilities. Andy was just as professional and great as Patrick was.

Patrick was an attentive realtor. He not only helped show me houses but got me through a very difficult closing. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Patrick knows the ends and out of the real estate business and was aware enough to ask me the correct question to finally close . I thought I had everything done on my part and he caught my mistake. He always had my best interest in mind and got me into my home. I am very thankful.
